Can the Pats fit 007 under the cap?

Chris Mortenson has reported that the NFL has confiscated a camera from a Patriots employee Sunday on the team's sideline, presumably taping the Jets coaches to pick up signals. This story broke earlier in the day on Sunday, when scout.com reported that the cameraman taped the Jets coaches from the New York sideline. This isn't the first time the Patriots have been accused of "stealing signs," but instead of being written stern letter, expect the Patriots to be penalized a draft pick, and I'll predict a 3rd or 4th rounder.

Touchdown.org has a picture of a cameraman on the Jets sideline, (click here for a huge pic) dressed differently from the other cameramen, and looking right at the Jets coaches and away from the action. NFL cameramen and photographers are supposed to wear red, and this suspicious individual is wearing black. You'd think an organization like the Pats could make their cheating a little less obvious and a little less rampant.
